Our print designers might be good at making colourful patterns but they are also experts on fluid mechanics. So when you say ‘oh isn’t that a nice little pattern,’ they’ll say those jagged contours on the fabric surface disrupt the laminar flow of water molecules, inducing turbulence and reducing drag. As a result, you’ll experience a decreased resistance to motion, enabling greater speed and efficiency in the water. But yes it’s a nice print too.
