      Before You Start
      Pre-Installation Checklist

Confirm all three conditions before beginning to avoid delays or damage.

      Ambient Temperature
Installation area must not exceed 40°C. Indoor poolside environments in Malaysia are typically fine.
      Power Supply
Ensure access to a fused power outlet. Engage a qualified electrician — do not DIY electrical connections.
      Wall / Surface Load
Wall or countertop must support at least 25 kg (55 lbs). Solid masonry or reinforced surfaces recommended.

      Installation Steps
      Choose Your Unit Type

Select the model you have — wall-mounted (Domed Dryer) or counter-top (2nd Generation).

      Tools & Materials Required

Wall screws and plugs are supplied. Source the following separately:

Masonry drill Spirit level 7× wall fixings & screws Tape measure Screwdrivers Marker pen Conduit (if required)
      1

      Unbox & Remove Transit Bar

Remove the dryer from its packaging. Your wall plate, securing bracket, and instructions are inside the accessory pack. Locate and remove the transit bar from underneath the machine before proceeding. The unit will not operate if this remains in place.

Do not skip — transit bar must come out
      2

      Measure & Mark

Mark a point 100 cm from the floor on your chosen wall. Hold the wall plate below this mark and mark the 6 fixing holes. Use a spirit level — the wall plate must be perfectly horizontal.

      3

Drill & Fit the Wall Plate

Drill the 6 marked holes and press in the raw plugs. Align the wall plate and screw it securely. Double-check it is level before tightening fully.

      4

Mount the Dryer & Fit Securing Bracket

Lift the dryer onto the wall plate. Ensure it is flush against the wall with no gaps. Attach the securing bracket to lock it in place.

      5

      Connect the Drain Hose

Pull the waste hose down from the dryer. Connect to a P-trap (fitted by a licensed plumber) or extend the hose to route waste water to a drain or bucket.

      6

      Connect Power

Fit conduit if required, then connect the 3-core power cable to the fused spur — or simply plug in if your unit has a plug fitted. Switch on the RCD and confirm the transit bar has been removed.

      7

      Test the Unit

Place a wet swimsuit into the dryer basket, press the lid for up to 10 seconds, and remove. The front logo should illuminate confirming power is live. Cycle completes in under 8 seconds.

      Tools & Materials Required

The following tools must be sourced separately — they are not supplied:

Multi-cutting tool Jigsaw Tape measure Ruler Marker pen Conduit (if required)
      1

      Unbox & Remove Transit Bar

Remove the dryer from its packaging. Remove the transit bar from underneath the machine before any installation. Failure to do so will prevent the unit from operating.

Transit bar must be removed first
      2

      Measure & Mark the Countertop

Using your tape measure, ruler, and marker, measure and mark the cutout dimensions on the worktop as stated in the installation document. Measure twice, cut once.

      3

      Score & Cut the Opening

Score the worktop along your markings using a multi-cutting tool, then use the jigsaw to complete the cutout. Remove the excess material cleanly.

      4

Drop the Dryer into the Opening

Lower the unit into the countertop cutout. It should sit flush and secure. The 2nd Generation is designed to install seamlessly into cabinet tops, worktops, and similar surfaces.

      5

      Connect the Drain Hose

Pull the waste hose down and connect to a P-trap (fitted by a licensed plumber/tradesman) or extend and route the hose to a drain or collection bucket.

      6

      Connect Power

Fit conduit if required and connect the 3-core cable to the fused spur, or plug in if a plug is fitted. Turn on the RCD. Verify the transit bar has been removed before switching on.

      7

      Test the Unit

Place a wet swimsuit in, press the lid for up to 10 seconds, and remove. The front logo should illuminate when power is live. Cycle completes in under 8 seconds.

      Common Issues
      Post-Installation Troubleshooting

If your Swimsuit Dryer isn't working after installation, check these three causes first.

      Most Common

      Transit Bar Not Removed

The transit bar protects the motor during shipping. If not removed, the unit will not spin. Check underneath and remove it before anything else.

RCD / GFCI Not Switched On

The safety switch may not be in the ON position. Locate it and ensure it is switched on. The front logo should illuminate when power is live.

      No Power to the RCD

Check that mains power is reaching the RCD/GFCI. If the front logo is not illuminated, there is no live power at the unit. Contact your electrician to check the circuit.
