Shipping Within Malaysia

When will my order ship?

We strive to ship all paid web orders within 48 hours (Working Days) via your preferred courier.
We will hold fulfilment if order is unpaid.

Our local courier partners are NinjaVan & Pgeon Delivery only. Please reach out to us if you have a preferred courier, we will try our best to accommodate.

DAILY COLLECTION: 1pm (GMT +8) Monday - Friday.
Online orders made after 1pm will be collected the next business day.
FULFILMENT HOURS: Monday through Friday 10am – 1pm (GMT +8), excluding Malaysian public holidays.
All orders ship from our Penang warehouse.
Local Pick-Up Option from our Penang Office (7, Brown Road 10350 Penang) is available.

How long will it take for my order to ship and deliver?

Peninsular Malaysia: Estimate 1-3 working days*.
East Malaysia: Estimate 7-14 working days*
*Please expect delays during festive seasons and e-commerce festivals.

My tracking says my order was delivered, but I haven’t received it—what do I do?

Oh no! Reach out to our team immediately with your tracking information and correct shipping address. We’ll get your issue sorted out as quickly as possible.

Can I edit/cancel my order after it has been placed?

We cannot modify orders once they are placed. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout. Orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification will be delayed and/or cancelled.

International Shipping

Found something you like on our website but your country is not listed in the checkout? If you'd like us to give an approx. shipping rate for smaller/bigger items, please contact us.

Orders are shipped within 1-2 workings days and will generally take between 7–21 days for international orders. We use EasyParcel to provide an estimate shipping rate and courier options.

PLEASE NOTE THAT: When a package is shipped internationally (outside of Malaysia), it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.

You are responsible with ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. swimshop2u.com does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.
