Troubleshooting your Swimsuit Dryer
Before working through the fault panels below, watch this guide. It covers the most common issues and may resolve your fault without any further steps.
Step 1
Identify your fault
Select the symptom that best matches what your dryer is doing. The troubleshooting steps will appear below.
Fault ANo LED on — dryer does not operate
Possible causes
No power to unitRCD / GFCI switched offBlown PCB fusePCB fault
1
Press the lid down
If the machine spins normally but only the LED is dark, the LED component has failed and will need replacing.
Part required: P30 LED
2
Check the RCD / GFCI underneath the dryer
For an RCD: confirm it is in the "ON" position, then press the "Test" button.
For a GFCI: press the "Reset" button.
After pressing, the RCD/GFCI should click and switch itself off. If it does not switch off, the unit has no external power — check your wall supply.
If neither button causes a click, check your mains supply before proceeding.
3
RCD / GFCI trips but LED is still off
The fault may lie on the PCB. Have a licensed electrician test the DC output using a voltmeter, or contact us for technical guidance.
Check inside the liner for coins, hair ties, or garment clips that may be preventing the basket from rotating. Remove anything found and test again.

Inspect the PCB indicator LEDs
Remove the PCB cover at the back of the dryer. Connect to power and observe the three small LEDs on the board:
Top LED — should light up when the lid is pressed Middle LED — should remain off; if flashing, the motor requires replacing Bottom LED — should flash once per second; constant or absent = PCB fault
Do not touch any cables or components while the machine is connected to power.
Where to find your serial number: It is printed on a label on the base or rear panel of the dryer. Including it speeds up support significantly.

Frequently asked questions
Repair & warranty FAQs
Common questions about repairs, costs, and what to expect when you contact us.
Yes. We provide a 12-month labour warranty and a 2-year warranty on any electrical parts fitted during the repair.
Warranty does not cover shipping costs or labour if the unit was returned with a different faulty part. If your Swimsuit Dryer is over 5 years old, we may recommend replacement rather than repair.
The cost depends on what is required. Our products are designed to be robust, durable, and simple. We ask four questions to help determine the fault and provide the most accurate quotation possible.
Please note: if those questions are not answered correctly, or additional items are found to be required, the final cost may be higher than the initial estimate.
If your unit is less than 5 years old and there is no excessive water damage to the motor, this component will typically not need replacing.
