We believe all of our products are awesome, but if something is just not right with them, we'll accept returns.
How do I qualify for a return?
Returns in New Condition - Swim gears must be returned in new condition with original packaged contents.
- In case of a damaged product or item upon receipt, please contact our team immediately!
- Our returns and refunds policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your order was placed, any requests will be refused.
- Sale Items, Warehouse Sample Sale and Stock Clearance Items cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged.
- For hygiene and quality purposes, technical race suits and swim caps cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return/Exchange/Refund
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help - please contact our team immediately!
Our team will issue a Returns Form for you. Please complete the Returns Form and return it with the items carefully packed to the RETURN ADDRESS.
Items must be returned with product tags still attached and must be in their original packaging.
Please return via any trackable method, at your expense (unless agreed otherwise) and insure the package for the full retail value of the shipped products, as we will not be liable for any damage incurred in transit.
- Once we receive your package, we will process your request within 7 working days.
- You will NOT be entitled to an exchange or returns if any of the following applies:
- The goods returned are found to be not faulty or damaged and it correctly correspond to the description displayed on our website and in your order.
- The goods are not returned in accordance with our exchange & return policy
- The goods are not returned within the stipulated time period
- If so, the goods will be sent back to you at your cost.
