We want you to love your swim gear as much as we do 💛
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund (excluding shipping costs)*.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and in new condition
- Items must be returned with original packaging and all contents included
- Product tags must still be attached (where applicable)
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our team immediately.
To help us assess your case, you are required to provide:
- Clear photo or video evidence of the issue
- Your sales order details (order number and proof of purchase)
Once received, our team will review your request and advise on the next steps, which may include a replacement, refund, or further instructions.
Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted. If you’re unsure, please contact our team.
Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Sale items
- Warehouse Sample Sale items
- Finale Sale / Stock Clearance items
- Technical race suits
- Swim caps
These exclusions are due to hygiene and quality control reasons.
How to Return / Exchange / Refund
If you wish to return an item, please contact our team first. We will issue a Returns Form for you to complete.
Once completed:
- Pack the item securely with the Returns Form included
- Send it back to the return address provided
- Use a trackable shipping method
- Ensure the parcel is insured for full value (we are not responsible for transit damage or loss)
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Once we receive your return, we will process it within 7 working days.
Important Notes
We reserve the right to decline returns if:
- The item is not faulty and matches the product description
- The return does not follow our policy
- The item is returned outside the return window
If this happens, the item will be sent back to you at your cost.
Limited Warranty Information (Brand FINIS)
FINIS products come with a limited manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

This warranty does not cover:
- Improper use or care
- Accidental damage
- Modifications or unauthorized repairs
- Normal wear and tear
If a defect is confirmed, FINIS may repair, replace, or refund the item at their discretion.
