How it works

Pay the trial fee and deposit
A small non-refundable trial fee plus a fully refundable security deposit, both collected by bank transfer before the unit is dispatched.
30 days at the pool
Train with it across real sessions. Let your athletes and coaching staff form a proper opinion before anyone signs a purchase order.
Buy or return
Purchase within the trial window and the trial fee is credited against your invoice. Return on time and in good condition and your deposit comes straight back.

Programme terms
What you need to know before applying
Straightforward conditions. No hidden clauses.
Who can apply
Registered swim clubs, school aquatics programmes, state aquatics associations, DECKPASS CLUB members, and parents sponsoring a competitive swimmer. Individual applications without club or school affiliation are not accepted.
One product at a time
Each organisation may hold one trial unit at a time. A second application can only be made after the first unit has been returned and cleared.
Delivery and collection
Peninsular Malaysia: delivery by tracked courier, cost borne by the borrower. East Malaysia: available subject to agreement. Return shipping is the borrower's responsibility and must be tracked.
Equipment condition
Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was dispatched. Fair wear from normal training use is accepted. Damage beyond fair wear will be assessed and deducted from the deposit before refund.
Payment
Trial fee and security deposit are collected by bank transfer before the unit is dispatched. No exceptions. If you proceed to purchase, the trial fee is credited against your invoice in full.
Return deadline
Units must be back with SWIMSHOP2U by Day 30. We send a WhatsApp reminder on Day 25. Late returns result in partial or full deposit forfeiture as set out in the loan agreement signed at collection.
