      What payment methods do you accept?
      At the moment, we accept payments from debit or credit cards made via PayPal Express Checkout, Online Banking via Billplz and Direct Transfer to our Maybank Account

      Can I cancel my order?
      Under the consumer protection you have the right to cancel your order. To cancel an order you must call us on +60163815528, as well as returning the goods to us as soon as possible at your own expense. 

      Can I amend my order after it has been placed?
      We try to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, if you decide you want to amend your order please call us on +60163815528 and we will try to accommodate where possible.

      Where is my order confirmation?
      Once you have placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided. If for some reason, you did not receive this email, please check your spam folder before contacting our customer service team sales@swimshop2u.com

      Can I track the status of my order?
      When you place an order we will email you to let you know when it has been dispatched. 

      Our system will send a tracking number to your email, you may track your orders via  https://www.tracking.my/couriers/poslaju 

      Your tracking information is attached, but it can take up to one working day for the delivery service to activate the link, so please don’t panic if you can’t locate your package immediately.

       

      What happens if no one's in when my parcel's being delivered?
      You should receive a calling card if no one is available to collect your parcel, it will then be sent to your local Post Office. For any enquiries on your shipping, please contact Ms Lee +6011 3612 5528 or email admin@swimshop2u.com.  

       


      Will my parcel be charged additional custom and import charges?
      When a package is shipped internationally (outside of Malaysia), it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.


      You are responsible with ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. swimshop2u does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.

      Please note that certain countries may require certain documentation before the items are sent. If the necessary information is not provided, this may result in delays in the order.Custom or Import Charges are charged once an item has arrived in its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are, as Import and Custom policies vary from country to country. We would advise that you find out what these charges may be before you place your order. 


      What do I do if my order is missing?
      If you are in Malaysia and have not received your order within 5 working days of the date on which you ordered them then please notify us by email at sales@swimshop2u.com within 14 days of the date on which you ordered the products.

      After this time has elapsed, swimshop2u reserves the right to decide whether to send our replacement item(s) for you.

      Will my original postage costs be refunded?
      Postage costs will only be refunded if your product is damaged or faulty. 


      Are you getting more stock in?
      Some of the items on our website sell out quickly, however, we regularly update our site so it's worth checking back. 


      I purchased a product and it's now gone into sale, can I get a refund? 
      Unfortunately we are unable to refund the difference between the original price and the sale price. 


      Why was my discount code not accepted? 
      Discount codes are only valid on non-sale items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other code or promotional offer. If you are still having problems with using your code please email our customer service team on sales@swimshop2u.com
