If it creates a light suction and stays in place for a few seconds, the frame width matches your face shape. No suction means it will leak.Step 2: Adjust the nose bridge if needed. The Frost Mirror comes with an interchangeable nose bridge so you can swap it until the fit feels centred and comfortable on your face.Step 3: To remove, slide your thumbs under the head strap from behind and ease it forward off your head. Never pull the goggle away from your face by the lens.The suction test in Step 1 is the most important. A goggle that does not seal to your face shape without the strap will always leak, no matter how tight you pull the strap.How to care for your gogglesProper care keeps the anti-fog coating working longer and extends the life of the silicone seal and strap.After every swim, rinse your goggles in clean cold water and leave them to air dry naturally. Do not wipe the inside of the lens with your fingers or any cloth. The inner surface has an anti-fog coating that is easily damaged by contact. If the lens fogs up, a rinse with clean water is enough.Do not soak your goggles before swimming.
